Look i know its the wrong forum but i still need the help.
I'm replacing the struts on my old ladies 90 integra. But be bugged if i can get the things out. I've been told that i need to apply downwards pressure with a jack to get the bottom of it out. Is that right?
Anyways, if anybody can point me in the direction of a workshop manual online, or has some knowledge in the area. Can they let me know?
I'd hate to break something, I'd be sleeping on the couch for a month.
Cheers
Nelly

yeh i've had a bit of a look thru there. The thing that they have a lot of is replacing and lowering the thing and what type of strut to buy. Not alot of info or pictures for us slower folks on the how to side of things.
That one i found shows it rather well. Just got to pull a little more of it apart then i thought. Which is all good.
I'm in 3 different forums now.
This
a mountain biking one
and now that ozhonda.
And i must say that the response times are great on here and the infomation that comes back is fantastic. Everytime i've asked a question (regardsless of how stupid) on this there are always a group of people that get back to you normally within minutes. Now that may mean that we all need a bit more of a life, however i'd like to spin it to say that we are devoted to providing a team based online environment in which information is easierly obtainable.
