1st gear whine

hey
i got a bit of a whine starting in 1st gear. what would the reason for this be. its got new oil in it. im not sure why its doin it can someone give me any ideas.

2 things cause wine in first, 1 the case hardening is starting to wear from the 1st gear set. more common the front counter shaft or input shaft bearing inside the box is starting to fail. if thats the case wont be long until second becomes noisy.
