I bought one of these AUSTOPS over a couple of years ago. Better than the original Suzuki factory top IMO. Only drama is, they're as tight as hell to put on 'out of the box'. My mate and I had to use his heat gun to warm up the vinyl and stretch it, to fasten the press studs over the tub. Nothing that a 40ºc day in the summer sun wouldn't fix.

In saying this, when I get some spare cash, I'm looking at buying the fastback setup from Maria who is also on Outer's. From what people such as Alien and Bog Frog have said, her product is on the mark as well.

Here's Maria's website http://www.mucanvasproducts.com/MU%20Ca ... /Home.html

and this is what I want to get with the bikini top for the front…

maria's stuff is top notch for sure!! definitely recommend her stuff.

That said though i've not seen anything surpass a Bestop when it comes to a 'full' soft top.. theyre expensive though!

Nah someone slashed the material along the edge of the back window so they could get there arm through and unlock the door. I was thinking of getting it fixed but its getting old so its leaking and needs a new window (didn't clean it as soon as i got home from mud bashing and the next day it was a cream colour :x )so its time for a new roof

No clue at all mate - it was on the zuk when i bought it in '01... looked like a custom made job to me - i'm running one of maria's tops - the 3 piece one, check out the pics in "The UFO" link in my sig line to see the top... its awesome and has more visibility than the one you have/had.

Sad to hear its died though! but its had a long, hard life by now =)

i need a new top too, i was thinking of maria's fastback with bikini intergrated in it, but have heard there is a long waiting list...

I may just go the ebay $300 bestop full top 1...And use my ripped one, cut into a bikini. Its ripped just after the pillar anyway..

Waiting list is around a week or up to 2 weeks, all depends on how busy I'm on daily basics.

If you really want one of these uncommon 2 pieces soft tops contact me to see how soon it can be made.

I'm still in business but also have a part time job that is why some weeks it takes a bit longer to clear orders.

Thanks everyone for your good feedback.
