Bunnings Flairs
Cut in half length ways as I didn't need that much width
10mm strip of 1mm ally to act as a backing reinforcement
rivots

Total Cost $7 including rivots

I used polyprop sheet which is a plastic like sheet used for binders. It was very strong and flexible and as you can see from side on nearly invisible. Unfortunately when I had to get a defect notice cleared they were deemed not structural enough and had to be replaced with this setup. Trailer fenders on the rear and extended wide track flares on the front which I got from a mate of Sierra Jims

cant rember how much but was under $80 worth of rubber strip from clark rubber & i made adjustable rear flaps using nylon tie down straps i also got from clark.

MUD-PIGSIERRA,

are they two pairs of rear fenders or front and rear tj flares? is there any aus jeep forums i can check out to find thee as it will cheaper than the $800 ppl want for bushwackers

Mine has TJ Jeep flares. Fronts on the front and rears on the rear.
I got mine from USA on Ebay.com. Even with delivery was still cheap :armsup:

Can be done as well. Neil? did a thread in the last 3 months or so that used rear TJ flares front and rear.

70mm rubber flares with the wire on the outer edge from Clark rubber $15 a meter.
