here are mine on my Sierra before the car had been defected
I used polyprop sheet which is a plastic like sheet used for binders. It was very strong and flexible and as you can see from side on nearly invisible. Unfortunately when I had to get a defect notice cleared they were deemed not structural enough and had to be replaced with this setup. Trailer fenders on the rear and extended wide track flares on the front which I got from a mate of Sierra Jims

Mine has TJ Jeep flares. Fronts on the front and rears on the rear.
I got mine from USA on Ebay.com. Even with delivery was still cheap
