its not a hard job, just takes alot of time and pattience to do correctly
If you are handy with a grinder and a mig welder, ( and bog ) go for it!
use the origional rear most section of the roof and graft it up front.
you should get rid of teh barn door tailgates and put in a MQ/mk drop down rear gate.
teh rear door's you can just weld shut and plate over it, OR you can leave one side operational and use the foot well cavity for storage/ easy access.
