firstly - it is illegal to fit a body lift to any vehicle with air bags. Now that it is done with...

a body lift is a relatively straightforward process, things to look out for are:
Radiator shroud will foul the fan and needs to be lifted.

brake lines need to be either extended or you can usually drop the mounts down.

Rear seat belt anchor points need to be lengthened.

as well as placing the lift blocks at each point where the body is bolted to the chasis, there are a couple of mounts either side of the rear spring that need spacers.

your front and rear bars will be out of alignment.

i have heard from a source (unconfirmed) that condradicts what i first thought which was it is illegal with airbags, it was a disco in qld and it had been engineered with a bodylift, and the airbag sensors and everything relatied to the SRS (ie seatblet pretensioners) had been lifted to suit the bodylift, it was engineered and blue plated in QLD. However i dont know exact details as to wether it was tru all i knew is it had airbags, a body lift and a blue plate.

did one on a turbo deisel 4 or 5 cyl? cant remember, but it needed the fuel line lengthened to the lift pump. The fuel line pulled that tight it bent the pick up side on the lift pump.
