If its for a body lift then just cut them as you'll be needing longer ones.

or

Bash them repeatedly from the bottom until they come out

or what I did

Undo the three other bolts that hold the body mount on, lift the body an inch or so and it allows you to twist the bolt in the right angle to get it out.

I managed to get them out pretty easily, i think we poked something up from the bottom to push it up enough to grab.
Four wheels (Driving) good, two wheels bad.

NP Pajero with added goodness..
