Thats life! Sliders getting made but dont know who for sure yet. Let you know when i do if you like.

Did you ever get the Sliders fitted?
I want to get sliders but I don't want brackets welded to the chassis.
I should start a new thread about this but just saw your post and thought I'd ask.
Cheers

Hi mate,
Truck is going well but not doing much 4bying anymore. Too busy with work. Sliders were to be welded to the chassis in 3 or 4 spots. Only real way to fit them unfortunately.
Cheers,
Sadiq.

If you can post a link to where this is an option in Ford's line-up, or where it is in ARB's or others catalogue, it would be appreciated.aubinator wrote:i no a guy with the ranger he has a air locker in the front, i thought they are the same car with different looksskez wrote:hey one of my mates is buying a bt 50 and went in to arb to quote airlockers and they said they only have one for the rear diff, does any one no if u can get one for the front,
I'm still of the opinion that the "locking diff" your friend refers to is simply the differential disconnect (similar to unlocking hubs) using vacuum to disconnect one side of the halfshaft from the differential. The diff is still an open diff with no actual locking of the two sides of the differential.
George Carlin, an American Comedian said; "Think of how stupid the average person is, and realise that half of them are stupider than that".
sorry took so long to get back about this it is a proper locker but not arb he bought it in thailand while he was on holidays it like a locker lock right thing. was talking the my mate who is a rep for arb he seems to think there trying to sort one out due to big interestDAMKIA wrote:If you can post a link to where this is an option in Ford's line-up, or where it is in ARB's or others catalogue, it would be appreciated.aubinator wrote:i no a guy with the ranger he has a air locker in the front, i thought they are the same car with different looksskez wrote:hey one of my mates is buying a bt 50 and went in to arb to quote airlockers and they said they only have one for the rear diff, does any one no if u can get one for the front,
