I was looking at this as an alternative to the fibreglass flares

It is a formed rubber side mount flare. Not sure how well easy it will be to make it form an arc.

If your interested in rubber flares. head down to purple pig in next to "The Tyre Factory" . corner of mountain hwy and stud rd bayswater.
i bought some there bout a year ago for about $6 per mtr damn site cheaper than off ebay.

Clark Rubber has a couple of different widths available. $6-7 per metre from memory.
