hey everyone

i have just bought myself a 1999 gq patrol and it came with a alloy bar in good condition and alloy side steps for it im just wondering how much i could fetch fir these items.

Dont see the sign that says he cant do that. if he is new ,welcome him and stop talkin like a tosser. People use this sight for all sorts of help and that would qualify as needing help to me. If you appolagise i will turn my flame thrower down to low

smart move getting rid of the steps.
They just dont last long when driving the interesting tracks. :D

i got 160 for my old alloy side steps of a GQ on ebay, depends who wants em that week.

exactly.. mate sold his alloy bar for $80, couldnt give it away. :( everyone wants winch bars, or steel..

but just put a price that you think you can get on and put them in the for sale section. If they sell quickly you didn't charge enough, if they don't sell lower your price. Your market will be very limited so it will be luck of the draw if the right buyer is there at the right time

why not go to a scrap metal dealer and just cash them in.. alloys price is down pretty low at the moment.. like 50 cents a kilo but at times its up around a $1 or more... there'd be a fair few kilos in a bar and steps...
