Putting an Electric Fuel Pump On A Duel Fuel 89 GQ

Post by 89Patrol »

Hey guys the mech fuel pump on my patrol has died and i an looking at putting in an electric pump was just wondering where is the best place to install it ( the tank is a 75L flat tank under the right rear passengers seat ) and also a suggestion on the type/brand of pump to use.

Thanks

why not get another mechanical it would be cheaper and you could get 1 from a wrecker easy just keep it simple but closest to the tank is best for electric fuel pump

plus if u run an electric then you'll have to run a reg.... it would be cheaper to by a new mechanical pump then trying to buy and install an electric one..
