where can i find a GU TD4.2T EXHAUST MANIFOLD?!!??

Post by sidewayz »

hey

i am desparatly seeking a GU TD4.2T exhaust manifold. from the hour i spent ringing around today it seems like they are similar to rocking horse sh!t.

can anyone point me in the right direction? or have one from a gu they have upgraded to a stainless manifold etc etc.

please dont suggest nissan dealers as $800 + is just ridiculous.

thanx in advance

wreakers will sell the turbo kit complete, GU run a T3 flange so you could use a DTS manifold from MTQ, this would proberbly be the cheapest option.

DTS use a low mount turbo. From memory around $460ish each or pm oondy.

You could try AXT Turbo in Dandenong, I think they get their own manifolds cast that flow a bit better than stock. No doubt would be cheaper than Nissan.
maybe try them.

thanx for the replies.

i finally found a std gu from a wrecker in north qld. and for about a 3rd of the price local rip off wreckers wanted to sting me IF they had one.

for what its worth, "4X4 FNQ" realy good to deal with and i had my manifold from west of cairns to my door in brisbane in 2 days.
