GQ Diff (F&R) Crownwheel & Pinion Setup Specs

OK so i've gone in on the group buy bought the 4.6:1 ratio's off bbm.
And got a bit excited and thought better get a front arb locker while im at it.

I have been doing a quick ringaround on prices to setup the C&P if just given the centres (to reduce simple labour time) and have been quoted silly prices. ($1800 for both no bearings or seals (prob just a WA price as everyone used to mining company prices))

So fortunately one of our employees has done diffs before and being an engineering/machining shop we shouldn't have too many probs in having a crack.

But owning a haynes manual it doesn't have any specs on diff setup besides pinion preload.
So if someone out there has the genuine nissan manual could tell me the backlash specs it would be muchly appreciated.
Or even if someone knows if the gregories manual has the specs let me know so i can grab a copy.

Also if anyone knows if someone like terrain tamer can supply shims for pinions. (I know a company on these forums sells lsd shims which they sell on ebay so i will get them off them)
And all bearings hopefully old mate at BSC will come through with good prices. If not Don Kyatt anyone dealt with them? I have a capricorn account avail to buy off them if need be.
