disregard that pic, the alternator is mounted low on the passenger side, and there is other suttle differences. What are you looking at with respect to the belts?

are there pulley's that get the aircon compressor at the bottom on the passenger side?? and the alt high on the drivers side, in a similar position to the way its set up on a Ecotec V6 ??

not from what i have seen there is a mod to get the aircon up high on the drivers side from castle auto or marks adaptors make a remachined bracket so it sits about 6mm closer to the engine.

Hmmm, I am looking at putting the L76 6lt crate motor in that I have sitting in the shed to replace the V6, I was hoping to keep the aircon compressor where it is so I dont have to get new lines made and regas it

are the aircon compressors the same because if there different you might have trouble, pirtek can make flexible hoses and a regas should only cost $100 plus a filter dryer
