cv boots on lux

Post by jackos »

Hey guys after last sunday out in warby tearing up in the lux iv noticed today both front cv boots have come off the groove they sit on the shaft and from this theirs a fair bit of grease coming out and spraying everywhere under me car. I can't get the sleeve now back into the groove.
Has this happened to any one else
Do they need to be repacked with grease

If you were playing in mud when they fell off i'd be pulling then out washing then out and re packing them. If they just poped off on the road you'd be right to refit the boot with a new band on it
