Have a look through some old threads mate, one of the most common questions is can I fit 33's onto my Paj.

In short, yes they will if you are careful about offset of the rims.

Welcome and nice choice of vehicle by the way.

lift is eazy and cheep , wind up the torsion bars , leave about 10mm before the bump stop , then get a good wheel alignment make sure they get the camber to about + half degress this will save your cv`s a bit and get linger shackles for the back if leaf sprung or save for springs and yes 33`s will fit with a +12 tp +20 offset rim .. u must have no sid steps or they will hit ...

The other option with springs is that generally standard GQ springs fit the rear and give a 2" lift.

They go for around $50 second hand...

awsome thanks heaps guys so what i got out of all this is 33's will fit onto my stock paj 1996 model if i remoove my side steps.

the only reason i am trying to just get tyres and ni lift is 1 i can only afford 1 thing either lift or tyres and i need new tyres mine are warn out so im trying to get away with 33's no lift but i just dont know if the will hit up inside my guards when my car is tilted or flexed thats all :S and i want thick tyres like so they will sit pretty wide.....

can i post a pic of my car some how ?

you need to put the image on a host site like photobucket. once its on there you just copy and paste the "IMG code" (it is to the right of the pick) when writing a reply on this site.

hope that helps.

I did my lift for under $100

Stock used GQ springs for the rear $50
Slimline bolts and bumpstops for the front $20

With that lift and a bit of front bumper trimming I ran 34.6's on a NL(factory 40mm body lift) Pajero with no scrubbing.
