What diff ratios are in the rear of a leaf sprung DX model GU ute ?

What diff ratios are in the rear of a coil sprung wagon or ute?

Are the difference in ratio's enough to cause a fairly noticeable fuel difference between the two?

My coil ute had 4.11.

Check the plate at the firewall drivers side. Will list the centre type and ratio.
