please tryin to get a hold of a 2" lift kit second hand pleasee post reply. if you know any one who has a lift kit or if you have one please help i need a cheap option for a lift. cheers every one who replys
joel
the easiest and cheapest lift is to crank up the torsion bars in the front and go to a wrecker and get a pair of std patrol rear springs they fit and give a 2 inch lift
i had standard shocks in the front of mine and even after doing a balljoint flip i was hitting the bumpstops and maxing out the travel so longer shocks would have been pointless. i would assume yours would be a similar situation.

Oh, and "cheapest" and "best" are rarely the same thing.
Rarely? Never!
I've got a set of 2"rear springs and 30mm spacers if you're interested. Just PM me. Front shocks will not need changing as whacko said (no drama's with my balljoint flip and standard height shocks) You will need to source some rear shocks tho. As scott said chaep is never good and if your shocks are buggered they should be replaced anyway. They do help the tyres stick to the road which i think is probably a good thing.
$40 is a bargain, but I wouldn't advise them for you.
It's a set of four coil springs - front and rear. Your Pajero has torsion bars at the front, so the front springs are no good to you.
The rear springs lift a GQ 2" - stock GQ springs will lift your Paj by 2", so these will lift it further - probably more than 4", which you won't be able to match by winding the front end.
Find a pair of stock GQ rear coil springs, and adjust your front torsion bars so you have a 15mm gap to the droop stops (the upper ones.)
