Anyone know what frequency the remotes work on? Ballpark figure?
Have a weird problem on the M1 QLD near Wet N Wild where my indicators both come on
together for about 30secs as if you're holding down the lock or unlock button.
Doesn't lock or unlock the doors though.
No idea if the external indicator lights are on or not (bit hard to see!)
Happened about 4 times now exactly same place.
Thinking nearby RF interference must be the cause.
There are mobile cells nearby.
Car is a '07 GUVI 4.8.

GU Central locking frequency
I've been told that the same sort of thing happens in Canberra near the radio towers at the lookout. but it unlocks and locks cars and set alarms off and hte like.
The freq, would all depend on what brand you have. If you can find the unit, they sometimes have a label stating what the freq is, however, its always a max-min.

The central locking is factory Nissan, so I'm a little interested in what frequency range Nissan use.nellyb1 wrote:I've been told that the same sort of thing happens in Canberra near the radio towers at the lookout. but it unlocks and locks cars and set alarms off and hte like.
