Front recovery points

Post by scooby_74 »

Ive not long changed my front bar from ally to metal, the ally bar had some notches cut so i could get access to my rated hooks, but when fitting the metal bar it sits much closer to chassie so theres no room to fit them.
Im not keen on the factory point as mine is bent and thinking of cutting off, what have ppl done to mount recovery points to the front
Have an idea of cutting holes in bar and bolting an eye hook to side of chassie but im not too sure if pulling a ring from the side of a chassie is a good idea.
