just found my old stauns, as im just getting back in the off road scene, iwas wondering if anyone can tell me how you set them up. i did it abou 6 years ago and now cant remember, anyhelp please

1. Deflate spare tyre to desired pressure.
2. With lock ring and adjusting cap wound down, screw your deflator onto the valve stem.
3. Loosen cap (anticlockwise) until deflator pops open, then immediately tighten cap to the position where air stops coming out.
4. Turn lock ring up to adjusting cap and tighten.

on this note any harm in giving them a spray with wd40 or the likes
woulld this harm the rubber seal

Apparently silicone spray is better.
