hey there ive got a 1984 hilux extra cab and ive got a gq chassi with 7 inch lift im going to put the cab on the qg chassi has anyone done or no about doing this, or should i go the other way n put the diffs and the coils on the hilux.

1984 hilux cab on a gq chassi

As the Chassis rail widths are totally different you'll have to fabricate 6 new cab mounts, you'll need to make up a new steering shaft or adapter.
Probably a mod or two to the transmission tunnel for the shifters and depending on your tyre size you'll need some pretty big flares.
(35/12.5 will need somewhere around 7 inches)
