XJ Bull bar

Post by Thomas101 »

Gday,

Took my girlfriend 4wdriving the other day. Me in my Pajero and her in her XJ Cherokee. Unfortunately she hit a tree and did some damage to her front bumper, indicator light and quarter panel. She has decided that its time for a bull bar. We've looked around for some 2nd hand bull bars but cant seem to find any. Do you guys know the best place to look for some? Or should we start drawing up some plans for a custom one?

If you got a custom one, could you post up some images?

Thanx Thomas

Go custom, you'll be lucky to find a second hand bar. Here's the one I made, about to do a more complicated one with a winch as well.

Gday,

Hey Steve, what are you going to do with that after you've made a new one? :D

Whatever you do just make sure you get/made a nice STEEL bumper - seen way too make pretzeled alloy bars to be impressed.
I have a TJM bumper that I hope to be selling shortly.
