75 series cruiser ute with steering problems

my ute has a steering problem. at 60 kays it starts bouncing the front end to the point that its backside is trying to catch up. it stops at about 65kays. then at 80-110 kays the front tyres and the steering wheel are shaking all over the place. ive replaced hole front end all bearings shocks springs bushes tie rod ends drag links rims wheel aligned balanced. cant stop it. has anyone got any ideas or sugestions as to what i can check or do.

one of your front tyres is out of round? Tread separation somewhere? Tried swapping the front tyres with the back ones for a trip round the block?

have you got big springs or shackles that have thrown your castor out or maybe try new u bolts. sometimes if they're flogged or old you think they're tight when they are not. have you had loose u bolts and the centre pin hole on the diff spring perch is now oval????

My troopy was shaking so badly that the car was almost uncontrollable.

I tried everything and then I checked the the uni joints, my rear uni on the rear tailshaft was shot. I replaced it and the problem went away.

It's worth a check.
