more info please!

How close to winton? How big is the property? What are you planning to build? What do we need to be able to do? who owns it? Will it be rentable for club events? Is it bush tracks, mud racing, rock / obsticle climbing - or a combination of? Plans done? Planning permits needed / done?

blah blah blah.... you get my drift.

Regards,

o.k so at this stage it looks like the main bridge beams and some of the sleeper type material will be going down to winton on sat/sun so in all honesty unless you live close by i would say thanks but dont worry about it just yet , as a crane will simply lift them off. and the job is done As for help in the new year well thats another chapter as the materials arrive i will need to start building the track/obsticals asap to save double handling. so i will give you all interested people plenty of notice. Thanks for your replies .have a merry xmas and a happy new year.cheers webbie

Hey Webbie, you have a task ahead of you that i do not envy, How ever... more details please????
When you say all terrain park exactly what will it be used for? Are you talking rock crawling and buggy stuff or speed events or whinch challenge terrain or a mixture or all of the about? How much land have you got in acres?
As far as an indecent proposal goes, I'd accept nothing less than $100,000 to tolerate buggery. Any less and it's just not worth the psychological trauma.
o.k ATM the venue has a dry creek but is mainly flat ground, the land exceeds 30 acres but they just purchased another 300 so i might be able to use some of that, the venue will be initally set up for all terrain vehicle and the aim is to push each and every vehicle from mild to wild but also allowing them just to drive whatever obsticle they fell comfortable, yep so far plans for log fans ,tyre pit, concrete pipes, tank tracks (dual ones, so maybe set up for mud drags) log wall, big tyre (tractor/excavator) climbs, wombat holes.and maybe sprayed concrete hill climb $$$$$$$$$$$$ pending and a rock pit. watta recon so at the moment ive already got 20 t of bridge beams sleepers and finalising tyres both small and large to be delivered, then the venue set can begin.
