Unbolt it, pull out the blocks and put shorter bolts back, also I recommend you search as this was done only a week or 2 ago.

what vehicle?

Are you sure it has one?
How big a lift?
How mechanically minded are you?
Why are you taking it out?
Have things like bullbars etc been modified to match the body lift?
Will we ever hear from you again to answer any of these questions?
