Having just rebuilt my gearbox and transfer case, just got the parts back from suzuki .Stuck the gearbox back together, and its jammed up cannot move the gear lever . :bad-words: any ideas .

You might have 2 gear selected at the same time, take out the gear stick and line up the rods so the gear stick is able to move.

Tried that , just pulled it apart.And found a ball-bearing had popped out of a selector. :changes:

were either of you able to drive in high range?

this has just happened to me. i was down at the shops and on the way back
saw some nice rocks in the vacant lot next door and thought id play a bit.
i changed into low range and had my fun. went back into high range, now
i cant get back into low rang or even 4wd hi. wtf?

Ok guys, as you know i rebuilt the gearbox.It went great but i just lost 3rd/4th gears, they wont engage any ideas :?: need car for xmas :cry:
