Dont agree at all

Got a Trail Gear Crossover Highsteer kit on my Fathers LN65 Lux with a slightly tweaked 2" lift, dont even run a dropped front hanger. We do have some serious bumstops though.

had to take the wheels off and slide it through the roller door on plastic offcuts. my other zuk in the pics has 2" susp lift and 2.5" shackles to give you an idea of how high it is.

In your pics comparing it to the stockman they both appear to be on the same size tyres except the maraulux is about a foot higher but not a great deal wider, as it stands I'd rather the stockman...

the front tyres on the marutilux are almost completely past the body on both sides, its a fair bit wider, ive still got more offset rims to go on i have just been taking the stockman on a few trips of late and am in the process of locking the rear. It drives quite smooth and feels really stable on the road. I have the full suspension gear still to go in.

rightio then, looks skinnier in the photos. Do a measurement of hight, track width and wheel base.

And this will perform better than a Sierra chassis off-road with similar work?

Ok as it is at present the measurements from the center of the wheels and from rim to rim are

Suzi-lux * 1.8 wide
2.9 long

Stockman with 31"s and offset rims

* 1.42 wide
2.4 long

The cab height of the suzi-lux is about the same as a hilux with 2" lift
I still have about 4inches of width to add and 6inches of length
The main reason i went this way with the conversion was that i would have to upgrade to hilux diffs eventually (aiming for 38" tyres l8r)
and cause it seemed like less work doing it this way. Plus it hasnt really been done before and i get v6 commo power. With the stuff i sold of the hilux as spares the total cost including buying the hilux is about $800

Allright, swapsies may be happening, currently in negotiation to do a swap for a swb with hilux diffs, 1ltr grill, coily cab, 4age, wolf ver 4 ecu, cb, bucket seats, transfer gears ect... Ill see how we go the car is a bit of a mutant and looks very different combining body parts from almost every sierra model but it has all been done to a high standard, if i swap it means i just have to get lockers and she's comp ready as opposed to chucking 5k on susp, then lockers and gears for this one.
Fingers crossed :scatter:

had the most f-dup looking rims ive ever seen on it. 17" 5 or 6 spoke mags, No offset with truck tyres. Very cartoonish and gaay. I got it with 33x12.5 r15 maxxis mudders.
Did you know the guy who built it nic ?

Yep that sounds like Lee's one. they are pajero rims i beleive off the highup model, the hubs where sticking out huge from the rims when i last saw it.

Not sure on build, i know when i saw it i thought mutant mongrel for sure and looks rough as u have said.

not sure on who built it. Lee may of but not sure, not seen him for a while.
