wheels spacer for zook???

ive got a zook with 30" mud tyres on sunraisers.

i want the tyres to be offset more for stability.

i was thinking of getting some f100 rims cause i think they have a bigger offset but was just checking to see if any of you guys use spacers?

Spacers aren't legal. Go with rims

Spacers will generally cost more than new wheels and will definitely cost more than getting your existing wheels modified to increase offset.

Plus they are doubleillegal.

what types of rims have bigger offsets than sunraisers?
cause mine dont even stick out past the guards and i got flexi flares aswell so i can go a bit further, i want it as far offset as possible to keep it as stable as possible. ill try and post pick of my zook, i think it has sunraisers.

how do you insert pics to this forum??

The 'sunraiser' brand doesn't exist anymore. The rims are made by a few different manufacturers, Speedy, ROH...etc. You can buy them in a few different sizes of offset, you just need to specify what you want when ordering.

ROH 15inch with 13deg offset..
got them a few weeks ago for $70 per wheel(fitted and balanced)
got 5,one for the spare at that price..
in black they look the business

Correction...
i think they were King Wheels not ROH as previously stated..
was told they were a standed F100 fit up!

I have run either spacers or large offset rims for years and never noticed a large decrease in bearing life. But my zook is not a daily driver, so its not the best test subject.

Iv been running 15 x 5.5 -47 offset with 32 x 10.5 simex pedes for the last 2 years as a DD, and have not noticed any reduced bearing life

I run 8 x 15s with 100% offset (ie a far as it can go) never done a bearing yet and fark knows how old the were before I got it. Its not a daily driver however. Cost me $55.00 per rim to remove centers and weld back in.

Im not saying this is a good idea before anyone trys it or raggs me about it but it was cheap width

I got a set of 1" spacers
They are totally illegal to run on road and look sus
When I did run them I was doing bearing at a rapid rate (DD 1000 plus km per day)
Not worth the bother
