yeh i have seen hydro in action and i think it slows the stearing down so on the high speed comps you cant keep up with it

Does take a lot of pressure off the box, and with the right matched ram you can acheive good speeds.

I do know that to swap 4x4 running gear under a coaster or dyna, they use the original steering box and 60 series diffs. Dunno if the box is much stronger really but.

so you removed the power steer to the box all together?

Hows it go for turning circle?

Turning speed if you were to drive it on the road?

new pump in the same spot, same box but has been ported and internals changed not exactly shore what oil cooler and the ram. oil go's out the pump to the box from there to the ram then the cooler then around again. with this setup i get more lock then i did befor (moved the stops when i soa) and there is no lag and its faster then befor. :D
