It's a smoke vent for when the radio craps itself.
2000 SR-5 turbo diesel, dual airlockers, bit of a lift, some 15x8 sunnies, 32" bighorns, a few spotties, and a wireless, and a kiddie seat in the back.

i just love any vehicle that offers the driver a fresh, warm or fan pull.
yours has a cigarette lighter. what yr model is it?
nice ash tray too. they look nice with abit of metal polish.

Has a crash pad, and a plastic ashtray and no flash dash centre piece.

not PTO, that is next to transfer and gear levers but on far left.
