can someone please tell me what other cars share the same steering boss size as the seirra so i can find a cheap boss for my sports steering wheel

PRetty much all Suzuki are the same, they just move the indicator cancel pins around a bit.
If you don't mind redrilling the holes that locate them, baleno, vitara, swift etc will all work.
They're all going to be about the same money though, but if you are trying to save some $$, just fit a swift or baleno wheel - smaller diameter, thicker, softer rim, and more dish which puts the wheel closer towards you, helping to improve the driving position.
I've got a Baleno wheel in mine (which is the same as late vitara), and that's quite a nice fit
