Big problem with TD42 oil-feed grub-screw, help!

I think he means the bolt next to the grub screw on the left mate.

That other plug is a return line, not feed.
It is for the alternator vac-pump on earlier models, takes oil from the grub screw and returns via the bolt.

There is no pressurised oil behind that bolt. Can't use it.
