Anyone can give me suggestions for buying 05 vitara 3D?

Hi all,
I am going to buy a small 4x4 or SUV.
I found there is a used 05 grand vitara 3 door model.
I believe it fit my request.
Not too big (save petrol)
Not too old and too new (reliable and not cost too much)
2L engine and 4WD (fuel save in city, but will have fun in off-road)

However, I try to search the forum on internet, I did not find any suggestion for choosing a used 05 grand vitara so far.
I only know 05 vitara is the last year for that model (3 door)
So I may face some problem for short of material in repairing soon?
Or there is any faulty design in that year model?

Any suggestion and advice for choosing will be appreciated.

People here only car about real 4WD and modify their car for off-road?

Is it the new or the old shape? There's a fair bit of info on the old shape.

The one I am looking for is old shape.
I believe I can only offer the price of old shape.
From the result of google, I reckon the model is sq420
The car I found from used car website is SQ420 S4 JLX, but I can not find what the model name mean.

Because I am looking for the three doors one, I guess it will be more economic on fuel due to it is lighter.
After reading a lot of article on this forum, I found bendev had the car I am looking for.
But of course, I dont think I can modify it like him, in fact I will just drive a bit off road but not so seriously.
