1989 Hilux Surf - Dual Fuel Tanks

Post by matty__j »

I have an 89 Hilux Surf with the standard 50L-ish fuel tank and want to install a dual fuel tank system, at the moment ive got the spare tyre hanging from the underside of the truck, whic ill put somwhere else and want fit a secondary tank around to 60L mark there. Does anyone know if a standard toyota fuel tank from a Prado, Cruser that would fit the chassis without too much difficulty??? Or any other type for that matter non-standard that would do the job???

Thanks in advance,

Matt

The auxiliary tank from a gq patrol will fit in the spare space under the back of the surf. Info below
