2H Snorkel plumbing.

Post by Fmx_Aus »

G'day all,

Does anyone have a picture or rough diagram on how their snorkel is plumbed to the airbox?

The intake for the airbox is facing forward, can it be rotated around or is it best to run some piping from the hole in the gaurd to the intake (180 degree turn)

Thanks in advance ;)

i wouldnt be too worried about the 180deg corner, at the speed of air in the snorkle, the change in direction isnt going to create problems with the air intake.

All the ones i have seen go forward from the standard air intake then the 180, and dont seem to have any problems.

You can always modify or swap the airbox out if it bothers you, but nearly all of them go straight into it.
hands and mums dont count!!!
