Only thing is, it is from a Mu (mine is a 92 3.1dt Bighorn), and I was going to pay an extra $100 to have it assembled in its original diff, so I didnt have to worry about drilling/assembling.
Are the diff ratios going to be the same? (4.3????).
Also, I've been quoted $520NZ for the compressor/fittings which are 4 weeks away, and, just when I thought I could afford it, another $350NZ to mount and wire the compressor

How hard can this be

If I have the diff assembled, would it be easy enough to fit the diff and compressor myself? I have a basic mechanical knowledge, but if it is an easy job, I'd just pay my mechanic mate to do it.
Cheers,
Dave
