Motor Trimmer Melbourne

Post by LOCKEE »

I need a recommendation for a trimmer to repair the Leather front seats in my GQ and also add some foam to the base.

Find thebackrests are good and offer enough support but the bases don't.

Spoilt after Recaro in last truck I guess.

Who can you recommend? Happy to remove and deliver the seats.

We use this guy at work to do our torneau's and other bits and peices. He did one of the lads hilux seats in SR5 trim the other day and they came up really well......

theres 2 parts to blackmans trimmers in moorabbin, new cars (cochranes rd) and old cars (round the corner) the work is second to none and surprisingly cheap with great leather not like the factory plastic crap.

To give you a price idea if you take a late model falcon/commy/HSV etc and want your cloth to be full leather its about $2000, you choose the color the stitch embroidery etc and its all airbag approved. These guys are also the ones who trim new cars up if dealer has thrown in leather but car has already been delivered, Not a bad price considering the soft stuff they use, Bogged give them a buzz and see, the GQ will be the older division, but after getting a quote to fix mine properly it works out lots cheaper to buy aftermarket seats and prefabbed seat bases.
