Hi im after some info on the 2.4l hilux deisel motor... ive heard that you can bolt on a 2.8l head for more power is this true ?

apart from turbo what other performance mods.... its bloody slow

the 2.8 head swap won't increase performance. its normally done to the 2.4 turbo models as a fix for the head cracking problems.

either turbo it or fit a 2.8 etc

sourced a turbo how do the 2.4 heads hold up ?

Anyone ever heard of fitting a cummins 4BTA into a hilux ?

depends on which 2.4 you have, series one or two.
what turbo did you get?

just turbo the existing motor, quicker, cheaper, easier.
hands and mums dont count!!!
