landrover 3.5 differences

Hey all i was just wondering if there was any major differences between the different years of range rovers and discovery? the question is cause i dropped a conrod in my disco and want to know if i can use the bottom end out of my rrc to put under the discovery heads?

3.5's didnt change much, pre 82/83 they are low comp then went to 9.35/1 and then went low comp again in 86 with efi introduction, try and use the hi comp if you can - they have larger valves as well.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.

There were a few different water pumps in the 3.5 with their matching pulleys so just get the same as whatever you end up using. Acc. will all bolt up, i would use the disco timing cover with pump and accessories.
