Upper Control Arm Bushes

Post by pegasus »

Hey,

Does anyone know where I can get upper control arm bushes, other then Toyota Genuine, at $145 per side!!!!

(1985, LN61, IFS, 4Runner)

Repco, Coventry, and Servo Supplies do not list, and Pedders charge the same price as Toyota (so I dare say they buy from Toyota)

Or do I just bite the bullet and buy from Toyota?

Thanks,

Stew

Hi Stew,

The only place I have heard of other than Toyota is Pedders like you said. They quoted $650 to rebush the whole front end. I would rather buy genuine from Toyota if thats the case. I ended up buying a second hand (but OK nick) enitire front end from Sam (overkill) that had been choped out of a IFS to SAS front end. Maybe thats another option is to keep the ears to the ground.

Cheers,

Alec
