Bad luck mate. My stepfather was spewin with his Claws as they were supose to be 33 and were only 31.5. Where as my Swampers measure nearly 34" (33x12.5x15 on 8"rim)when new. They are nearly 2" taller than crappy MTRs on the same rims too. Definetly helps to double check the true hieght not the bullsh#t they tell ya! hope the shop helps ya out!

You'd think most 15's and paricularly tyres with imperial clasifications would be what they are supposed to be. However most of the metric 16's are only rough and close conversions. I've never really cared but my mate was similarily pissed when his new gen BFG muds (315/75x16) were only 34" compared to his old ones which were 35. Came to measure my MTZ's and they are only 34" as well.

i think that was the 14.5" wide tye on 15" rim
i dont get that... why go for a wide rim with a similarly wide tire??? do you like popping beads? (beadlocks excluded)
i personally prefer a narrower rim to tire...

I just went down to my shed & measured my 37" Creepy's & they measured 36.25". My tyres are not new but still have plenty of tread left on them. They are mounted to 16x8 rims
