Difference between GQ and GU radius arm bushes ???

Does anybody know what the difference are between GQ and GU radius arm bushes. I need to fit new ones and wondering which ones to go with. Does one flex better then the other? Are they different in size?

Hey mate, same size, but the GU ones I'm lead to believe flex better. IIRC they have some small slots in them which lets them distort more easily.

be weary - not all GU have slotted bushings.

only buy if you can confirm 100% they are slotted. Even then there's apparently 2 types.

also the slotted bushes are a wee bit harder to install
1/ they have to be lined up properly to work well
2/due to the slots , the bushes are slightly oval and require a little bit of care installing

Slotted bushes don't last as long as solid bushes because they flex more and put under more stress.

We have aftermarket slotted bushes which flex well. We put a 3 year warranty on them. They are $150 for the set of 4 including freight. I don't have them on my web site but we always keep them in stock.

I agree I run the 3degree polys and they crackup and fall apart (now on second set) If Mr Rudd gives us some mulla I'll be down to see you again Shane for a good price on dropboxes and superflex bushes!!!

shane dose that 150 include the pushes at the top on the radius arms (where the arm meets the chasis or drop box)

$150 is for the 4 radius arm bushes at the axles and it is another $50 for the 4 genuine rubber bushes at the chassis end if bought together.
