hey guys,
I have been checkin out this site for a while and noting a few tech heads amongst the crowed. I own an 88 Gq and am sick of it being so low, sitting on the leafs it was born with. i have heard of a spring over conversion and am wondering if anyone has done it using different manufacturers parts (if they fit or modifying them in any way). i know i need a mod plate and have done a search but have not found anything. Has any one done it with some photos they could share.

by a GQ chassis/rolling gear, sell your rolling chassis and put your ute body on the chassis, its then classed as a rebody and only requires a mod plate. where as pasting on spring mounts etc. needs engineering and has a good chance of getting knocked back if not perfect.
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown
