Bring it on, I have 2 good sd33T here spare.

do you mean SD27? Smaller pistons/liners wouldnt make a 33 bigger would it?

No, an SD25 is a four cylinder with a bore of 89mm and a stroke of 100mm.
SD33 is a six cylinder with a bore of 81mm and a stroke of 100mm.
So that is a fair bit of oversize really.
This is not legal advice.

Manual says SD33 is 83x100mm - it's 3mm in radius

buy the parts,
Pull down engine
have the old sleeves pressed out,
cylinders bored to new sleeve size,
new sleeves pressed in
Get head and crank rebuilt too = cheaper to update car.
- sounds easy.. but it never is..

I remember reading a Stagewright column by a Bob Kotmel in Streetmachine years ago, He was talking about doing the same thing with a 308 block, resleave the motor with thickwalled sleaves and then bore it out 125 thou, combined with a 383 stroker crank would give them 400ci, I always wondered if you could do it with a 253 block seeing they have the same stroke, Gotta love street sleepers.
