Would it fit a 1999 Kai Sportage??

Post by lycan »

I just bought a 1999 Kai Sportage and i would love better tyres that are bigger and wider?? But i dont have much money to play with around $1000.

My wife found a set of:

Maxis Bighorn mud tyres "235 x75 x15"

Would there fit my baby 4x4 ?? and if not what would?

Thanks
Luke

235/75/15's aren't very big. Thats the size of my A/T's on the rocky and its pretty much stock.

If they are already on rims the same stud pattern as yours, just try them on, if not, and they are a good price, i'd prolly take a chance. I don't think there's a lot of 4b's out there that couldn't fit that size :?

Yes they will fit, but may need a bit of trimming to the lower edge of the front bumper depending on how "honest" the tyre manufacturer is with their size.

235/75R15 is what the chassis in its military form was designed for.
