CHOPPING THE 60, WHAT REAR GLASS TO USE

Post by teambullet »

Hey all, after some suggestions on what you think or have seen, the 60 going to be a dual cab, using a sheet of 2mm for rear wall and options are, 75 lux or a rodeo rear screen, needs to b flat as possible.....
Thanks in advance

I used a front glass from a flexi glass challenge fibreglass canopy. It opens up red neck style

The glass drops into the t/gate on a 4runner, which is not as wide as a 60...

frank 60, thats another thing i was thinking about doing, that way it gives you an extra way out so if your doors at stuck its easyer to climb out the back than the window. i had a Sahara model, so i used to climb out the sun roof.

Had to take 3 leaves out of the rear for it to flex like that. Only prob now is need to offset rim a bit to miss body.
