I have a 92 model 3l v6 manuel paj . lately it has had the habbit of blowing a bit of stinky blue smoke from the exhaust. more often than i would like it to. any ideas of what it might be?

possibly valve stem seals, or piston rings

thanks for the reply fellas. yeah it only blows the smoke after i have been driving for a while. give it an hour or so of driving around then thats when it starts. but its not constant its just every now and then.

The 3.0Ls are notorious for burning oil (rings shot) above 200, 250xxx km.
