60 series into 40 Pwr steer ?
I may have missed something but why do you need to use 75 series steering arms when doing a 60s into 40s pwr steer conversion?
i dont think so. thats why you need to change the swival arms too. its not thats hard to do and there is a noticable difference in the thickness of the arms too.. so another bit gets upgraded. I think the taper is different for the TRE's between 40's and 75's (I had an 84 model 40 and even then I don't think they taper for the TRE's were the same as the 75)
Cheers
Sounds about right oh well good time to chuck a swivel hub kit thru as well.
any other advice on fitment going to use a fj55 column hopefully a bubs custom plate kit with crush tubes and the GM power steering pump with either a cooler or at least cooling tubes any one had any probs with a GM power steering pump?
