Oil change in Melbourne - anyone can help?

Hi guys,
I'm a traveler from Germany and will be in Melbourne with my Landcruiser 60 series between the 3rd and 5th of March.
Anybody out there who can give me a hand to do an oil change? I will spring some beers

I'll come down from Mansfield. I could come everywhere. But I think I'll stay near the city to do some sight seeing.

Oh and be very careful if there are still fires, Mansfield is no safer than any other part of Victoria while there's a bushfire risks.

Seriously be careful or we will end up with a fried German tourist.

Just came down from Yea. Everywhere is police blocking the streets. Kind of scary. We will search a hostel tonight. No camping
